Ready-mix powder for slush machines, to be prepared with milk resulting a refreshing beverage with a creamy texture with ice microgranules and chocolate taste that can be served as a soft ice cream or a delicious Frappé.
Product packed in bags of 900 gr. / One box contains 20 bags.
Preparation mode using a slush machine: Pour the content of the bag into a bowl and gradually mix with 3 lt. of UHT 1.5 milk using a hand whisk or kitchen mixer until the mixture is getting homogenous, then pour it into the slush machine bowl. Yield after preparation: up to 5 liters of finished product ready to serve.

Preparation mode using a blender: Mix 2 spoons (40 gr.) of powder with 180 ml. UHT milk and 160 gr. ice cubes.

Product processed in a factory where eggs are used in some manufacturing processes. Gluten free product.
