Ready-mix powder for soft ice cream machines, to be prepared with milk resulting a velvety cream with milk/vanilla taste that can be served as a soft ice cream or ready base for other desserts in combination with coffee, chocolate, nutella, etc.
Product packed in bags of 900 gr.
Preparation mode: Pour the content of the bag into a bowl and gradually mix with 2-3 liters of UHT 1.5 milk using a hand wisk or kitchen mixer until the mixture is getting homogenous, then pour it into the machine bowl. For a more intense flavor of vanilla you may add a small ampoule (2 ml.) of vanilla essence. Yield after preparation: 4-5 liters of finished product ready to serve.
Preparation time: 1-2 hours
Term of validity after preparation: 48 hours
Ingrediente: sugar, dextroze, glucose, maltodextrin (cereals starch), refined coconut oil, powder milk, milk protein, corn starch, flavors, thickeners E412-E466, emulsifiers E471-E477, anti-caking agent E551, stabiliser E451i. Product processed in a factory where eggs are used in some manufacturing processes. Gluten free product.
