Ready-mix powder for soft ice cream machines, to be prepared with milk resulting a velvety cream with chocolate taste and fine notes of strawberry that can be served as a soft ice cream or chocolate dessert.
Product packed in bags of 900 gr.
Preparation mode: Pour the content of the bag into a bowl and gradually mix with 2-3 liters of UHT 1.5 milk using a hand wisk or kitchen mixer until the mixture is getting homogenous, then pour it into the machine bowl. Yield after preparation: 4-5 liters of finished product ready to serve.
Preparation time: 1-2 hours
Term of validity after preparation: 48 hours
Ingrediente: sugar, dextroze, glucose, maltodextrin (cereal starch), corn starch, cocoa Ruby powder 5% (sugar, cocoa butter, powder milk, cocoa paste, soy lecitin, citric acid, natural vanilla flavor), refined coconut oil, flavors, emulsifiers E471-E477, milk protein, anti-caking agent E551, colorant: cochineal carmine. Product processed in a factory where eggs are used in some manufacturing processes. Gluten free product.
