Frappé powder mix base without caffeine, to be prepared with milk resulting in a delicious beverage with a creamy texture and Matcha taste, a special Frappé made to your taste! It can also be prepared with hot milk, for Matcha Latte version.

Cold beverages:
Preparation mode using a slush machine: pour the content of the bag into a bowl and gradually mix with 4 liter of UHT 1.5 milk using a hand wisk or kitchen mixer until the mixture is getting homogenous, then pour it into the machine bowl. Yield after preparation: up to 5 liters of finished product ready to serve.

Preparation mode using a blender or bar mixer (350 ml.): mix 25 gr. of powder with 200 ml. UHT milk and 100 gr. ice cubes for about 20 sec.

Preparation mode using a frother (350 ml.): mix 25 gr. of powder with 250 ml. UHT milk and froth for about 20 sec.

Ingrediente: sugar, dextrose, maltodextrin (cereals starch), skimmed milk powder, powder Matcha tea (2%). Product processed in a factory where eggs are used in some manufacturing processes. Gluten free product.
