Pomegranate concentrated syrup for slushies, to be brepared in combination with Slushy neutral base resulting a refreshing beverage with ice flakes and pomegranate flavor.
Product packed in bottles of 1 kg.
Preparation mode: Pour the syrup over the Slushy Neutral base mixed with water or dose it directly into the glass. The amount of syrup differs depending on the preparation method:
- 200 gr. syrup + 1 bag (620 gr.) Slushy neutral base + 4 lt. water = 5 lt. slushie
- 1 kg. syrup + 5 bags (620 gr.) Slushy neutral base + 20 lt. water = 25 lt. slushie
Dosing directly into the glass over the Slushy neutral base - ready prepared:
- 8 gr. syrup/portion (200 ml.) = 125 portions/kg.
- 13 gr. syrup/portion (330 ml.) = 77 portions/kg.
- 20 gr. syrup/portion (500 ml.) = 50 portions/kg.
Preparation time: 1 hour
Term of validity after preparation: 72 hours
Ingredients: sugar, water, citric acid, flavors, pomegranate juice (6%), preservative: E202, colorant: cochineal carmine, safflower extract.
