Ready-mix powder for slush machines, to be prepared with milk resulting a velvety cream with ice microgranules and coffee taste.
Add a few shots of espresso to the mixture, for a special taste!
Product packed in bags of 900 gr.
Preparation mode: Pour the content of the bag into a bowl and gradually mix with 3 lt. of UHT 1.5 milk using a hand whisk or kitchen mixer until the mixture is getting homogenous, then pour it into the slush machine bowl. Yield after preparation: up to 5 liters of finished product ready to serve.
Preparation time: 1-2 hours
Term of validity after preparation: 48 hours
