Ready-mix powder for soft ice cream machines,to be prepared with milk resulting a velvety cream with milk and coconut taste that can be served as a soft ice cream or ready base for other desserts in combination with coffee, chocolate, etc.
Product packed in bags of 900 gr. / One box contains 20 bags.
Preparation mode using a slush machine: Pour the content of the bag into a bowl and gradually mix with 3 lt. of UHT 1.5 milk using a hand whisk or kitchen mixer until the mixture is getting homogenous, then pour it into the machine bowl. Yield after preparation: up to 5 liters of finished product ready to serve.
Preparation time:
Ingrediente: sugar, dextroze, glucose, maltodextrin (cereals starch), coconut flakes (6%), powder milk, refined coconut oil, mlk protein, corn starch, flavors, salt, thickeners E412-E466, emulsifiers E471-E477, anti-caking agent E341-E551, stabiliser E451i. Product processed in a factory where eggs are used in some manufacturing processes. Gluten free product.
