E102 - Tartrazine - synthetic food coloring additive that is added to give a yellow color to food products.

E122 – Azorubine - synthetic food coloring additive that is added to give food products a red color.

E131 – Patent blue V synthetic food coloring additive that is added to give a vibrant blue color to food products.

E133 – Brilliant blue V synthetic food coloring additive obtained from coal tar that is added to give an intense blue color to food products.

E102, E110, E122, E124, E131 and E133 additives can give allergic reactions to people who are allergic to aspirin and can be responsible for children's hyperactivity or worsening of asthma.

E100 – Curcumin - natural food coloring that is added to give a yellow-orange color to food products.

E551 - Silicon dioxide - is an anti-caking agent, used for clarification and stabilization.

E412 - Guar gum - is a food additive with the role of emulsifier, stabilizer, thickening, filling and agglomerating agent. It is a natural product obtained from the Guar shrub.

E466 - Carboxymethyl cellulose - is a semi-synthetic additive that acts as an emulsifier, stabilizer and thickening agent.

E471 - Glycerin monostearate - food additives E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, are the most used nonionic, lipophilic emulsifiers. They are thickening agents, emulsifiers, stabilizers, glazing agents and antifoams. They can have stearic, palmitic, oleic acid in their structure, but they can also contain small amounts of free fatty acids and glycerin.

E477 - Propylene glycol esters with fatty acids - food additives with the role of stabilizers and emulsifiers. 

E451i – Pentasodium triphosphate - food additives with the role of softeners, emulsifiers and stabilizers. They are sodium or potassium salts of phosphoric acid.

E202 – Potassium sorbate - food additive with a preservative role.
