Mojito concentrated syrup for cold beverages or frozen drinks (slushie, cocktails).
Product packed in bottles of 1 kg. The dosing pump is not included.
Preparation mode:
SLUSHIE:
- Using a slush machine: 200 gr. Syrup + 1 bag (620 gr.) Slushy neutral base + 4 lt. water = 5 lt. slushie
- Dosing directly into the glass: dose 15 ml. Syrup (3 pump pushes) over a 350 ml. glass filled with ready-prepared neutral Slushy;
COCKTAILS - FROZEN MOJITO (350 ml) - dosing directly into the glass:
- Recipe with alcohol: 250 ml. ready-prepared neutral Slushy + 20 ml. Syrup (4 pump pushes) + 40 ml. White Rum + 1 teaspoon of brown sugar + 1 slice of lime.
- Recipe without alcohol: 300 ml. ready-prepared neutral Slushy + 20 ml. Syrup (4 pump pushes) + 1 teaspoon of brown sugar + 1 slice of lime.
Important - to prepare the neutral Slushy it is necessary to use a Slush machine!
Ingredients: sugar, water, citric acid, dextrose, lemon juice (0,9%), flavors, preservative: E202, food colourings: E102-E131. The coloring agent E102 (Tartrazine) can have adverse effects on children's attention and activity.
