Ready-mix powder for soft ice cream machines, to be prepared with water or milk resulting a velvety cream with salted pistachio taste that can be served as a soft ice cream or cold dessert.
Product packed in bags of 500 gr.
Preparation mode: Pour the content of the bag into a bowl and gradually mix with 1 liter of water or UHT 1.5 milk using a hand wisk or kitchen mixer until the mixture is getting homogenous, then pour it into the machine bowl. Yield after preparation: up to 2 liters of finished product ready to serve.
Preparation time: 1 hour
Term of validity after preparation: 48 hours
Ingrediente: sugar, dextroze, maltodextrin (cereals starch), powder milk, refined coconut oil, corn starch, salt, glucose, thickeners E412, emulsifiers E471-E477, anti-caking agent E551, flavors, milk protein, food colorant E102-E131, colorant: E150d caramel, stabiliser E451i. Product processed in a factory where eggs are used in some manufacturing processes. Gluten free product.
