Mod de preparare la aparat cafea profesional: Pour in a pitcher 30 gr. of premix with 125 ml. of milk, stirr well, then insert the steam lance of the coffee machine into the pitcher for approx. 20-30 sec. until the boiling point is reached.

Mod de preparare la ciocolatiera: Mix the contents of the box (1 kg.) with 5 lt. milk and pour the mixture into the bowl of the machine. Set the initial temperature to 90 degrees C for 1 hour then adjust the constant temperature to 75 degrees C. The hot chocolate machine must remain in operation permanently.

Ingrediente: sugar, cocoa powder (25%), corn starch, flavors, salt, anti caking agent E551. Product processed in a factory where eggs are used in some manufacturing processes. Gluten free product.
