Mod de preparare la ciocolatiera: Mix the contents of the box (1 kg.) with 5 lt. milk and pour the mixture into the bowl of the machine. Set the initial temperature to 90 degrees C for 1 hour then adjust the constant temperature to 75 degrees C. The hot chocolate machine must remain in operation permanently.
