Hot drinks:
Preparation mode using a frother (200 ml.): Pour in a pitcher 40 gr. of premix with 160 ml. of milk, stirr well, then insert the steam lance of the coffee machine into the pitcher for approx. 20 sec. until the boiling point is reached.
Preparation time:
Preparation mode using a chocolate bain-marie: Mix the contents of the box (1 kg.) with 4 lt. milk and pour the mixture into the bowl of the machine. Set the initial temperature to 90 degrees C for 1 hour then adjust the constant temperature to 75 degrees C. The hot chocolate machine must remain in operation permanently.
Preparation time:
Ingrediente: sugar, cocoa powder (25%), corn starch, flavors, salt, anti caking agent E551. Product processed in a factory where eggs are used in some manufacturing processes. Gluten free product.
